Domestic shipping in Japan
Based in Tokyo, we offer fast domestic shipping with tracking using YAMATO Transport. Orders are usually processed within 48h, but please bear in mind that we have limited manpower and therefore some delays may occur, especially at the time of new releases.
We generally do not offer pick-up options, however, feel free to contact us directly and we will see what can be arranged.
International shipping
We strive to deliver our productions to anybody around the world. We use EMS or UPS with tracking, whenever possible, and never surcharge the costs proposed by these companies. Please understand that fees depend on your location and can be a significant portion of your payment since we are shipping from Japan.
